Enquiries received during office hours are acknowledged the same day and answered substantively within one business day. A firm price on a perishable commodity may take longer where it depends on a current season or a source-market quotation.
Commodity and grade, volume and frequency, packing requirement, preferred Incoterms (CIF unless you say otherwise), destination market, required certification including HALAL, and your target delivery window. With those seven items we can usually quote without a second exchange.
Yes. If you are new to importing food products we will walk through the permits, certification and clearance requirements for your market before any commercial discussion, so you know what the trade actually involves.
Serious counterparties are welcome in Vientiane by arrangement. We can also arrange introductions to the cold-storage, handling and clearance partners we work with, subject to their agreement.
